According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Tuesday, March 15, 200 block Hwy. 42, Hwy. Deli mart, “criminal trespass,” 42-year old Jerry Martin Smith, Jr., charged with Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
