CCSO news release. On 12/18/2017, at approximately 0923 hours, Deputies responded to 63475 Wallace Road, Coos Bay, Coos County, Oregon, for a report of an assault that occurred. Upon arrival, Deputies spoke with 25-year old Everett Rushlow and 30-year old Samantha Denny, both from Arizona. The subjects were roommates and in a domestic relationship. Both of them told deputies they had not been getting along the previous days. This bickering developed into criminal behavior. It was determined that both individuals had struck each other repeatedly over the course of several days, once with a golf club. Both subjects reported property damage and the both urinated on each other’s clothes. Samantha and Everett were arrested for Domestic Harassment and lodged in the Coos County Jail with a bail amount of $5000.00. Both subjects were released on their own recognizance per the District Attorney’s Office.
