Wednesday, February12th, there will only be one lane opened for travel on Empire Blvd. north of Michigan Avenue due to a repair of a manhole lid. There will be traffic control maintained by flaggers in this section of the road during the repair. Please be cautious while maneuvering through the construction zone.
