The Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board will excavate near Milner Crest School on North 13th Street between Hemlock and Juniper Avenues, on Hemlock Avenue, and on North 10th Street at Hemlock Avenue in Coos Bay on Monday, March 19th and Tuesday, March 20th. A flagging crew will route traffic through the construction zone with short delays as the crew potholes existing utilities in preparation for a new water main installation.
