The Forest Trust Lands Advisory Committee will meet Friday, Feb. 15 at 9:30 a.m. at the Oregon Department of Forestry Salem headquarters, Tillamook Room, Building C, 2600 State St. Items on the committee’s agenda include comments from State Forester Peter Daugherty and Board Chair Tom Imeson, as well as updates on current ODF issues and projects. Committee members will also formulate the committee’s testimony for the upcoming Board of Forestry meeting on March 6, 2019. The meeting agenda and materials will be posted on the department’s website at http://www.oregon.gov/ODF/Board/Pages/FTLAC.aspx. This meeting is open to the public. The Forest Trust Lands Advisory Committee is made up of seven county commissioners representing 15 Oregon counties where state forestlands are located. The FTLAC is a statutorily established committee that advises the Board of Forestry on matters related to forestland managed by ODF.
