The North Bend Public Library is offering a free movie screening on Wednesday, December 18 at 3:30 p.m. in the library’s large Meeting Room.  Light refreshments will be provided.  In this spectacular movie, five children get a fantastic (and potentially dangerous) tour of an incredible candy-maker’s private world of invention. If you’re greedy or bratty, or watch too much TV, you might not make it out in the same shape you came in! This 2005 film is rated PG and runs 118 minutes (just under 2 hours). “Under the terms of our license to legally show movies to the public, we can’t give the title on anything seen outside of the library,” said Library Assistant Director Abbie Anderson. “If you can’t guess, give us a call or come see us at the library.”  This event is free and open to the public.
