SCINT release – Crime(s): Unlawful Delivery/Possession of Heroin – Persons Involved: Mangine, Jedidiah Caine (29 YOA North Bend Resident). Narrative: On December 3rd of 2019, members of SCINT served a search warrant at 2193 Ohio Street, North Bend, Coos County, Oregon. For several weeks, SCINT Detectives had been investigating Jedidiah Caine Mangine for the distribution of Heroin. Through the investigation SCINT learned Jedidiah was selling Heroin from his home and vehicle. During the search warrant, Jedidiah was located at the residence and detained. A search of the residence and vehicle turned up a substantial quantity of Heroin (representing more than 120 individual doses), $8,000.00 in US Currency, scales and packaging material.
