Travelers should expect single lane closures for paving on OR 126 Florence-Eugene Highway beginning Monday, July 25, through the end of October. Paving will occur between Torrence Road and Cornerstone Drive, Sunday through Thursday night, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. In addition to paving seven miles of roadway, work will include replacing or adjusting signs and guard rails, placing a new bridge membrane on the bridge just west of Veneta, and installing ADA sidewalk ramps at the OR 200 Territorial Highway Intersection. During the paving, delays of up to 20 minutes should be expected. Drivers are advised watch for truck traffic, workers and equipment entering and exiting the work area.
