OREGON 138W (Elkton-Sutherlin Highway) was closed at MP 17, about 8 miles west of Sutherlin on Friday morning, April 18. According to reports, a single vehicle crash knocked down power lines creating an extended closure. Motorists were asked to detour using OR 38 or OR 42. Detour signs were placed at Sutherlin and Elkton. Both lanes were reopened prior to noon.
