SWOCC release – FREE WORKSHOP OFFERED – Coos Bay, OR – Southwestern Oregon Community College invites parents and caregivers to join us at the Family Center for eight-weeks of fun and learning. Starting January 29, 2019 and continuing every Tuesday for the next eight weeks, these workshops are open to anyone involved in the life of a child ages 0-6. ● It is never too early to start preparing for Kindergarten. Find out what parents and caregivers can do at home to help their babies, toddlers and preschoolers be more successful in school. ● Learn useful tips and tricks from other parents going through the same stages. ● Parents make the difference in helping children to feel empowered, resourceful and creative.
