Job Opportunity: Construction Project Foreman
Laskey-Clifton Corporation is a 59 year old, family owned Heavy-Civil General Contractor, specializing in public works projects located in Washington, Northern California, and Oregon.
We construct highway work, sitework, bridges, earthwork, water treatment plants, marine structures, underground water, sanitary and storm systems, and other scopes of work. Project sizes range from the small, to $10 million per project.
We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to supervise a construction project. The successful applicant will have pertinent experience, furnish project references with contact information, and be willing to travel as the project requires.
Candidate must be a positive, team player, interested in looking out for Laskey-Clifton team mates and the company we work for.The foreman will be required to manage crews effectively, both small and large; operate equipment when necessary; monitor, maintain or beat the budgeted job costs; review 3 week look ahead schedules with superintendent and/or project manager, interact with owners representatives positively; produce quality work; manage a safe and neat worksite; manage subcontractors and vendors; and submit daily reporting to the Project Superintendent.
