A report of a male with a machete in the area led to a “lockout” at both Sunset & Madison schools in the Empire District of Coos Bay Tuesday, May 21. The report came into Coos Bay Police about 11:40 a.m., and following a search of the area, was lifted about noon time. No suspect was located and no danger detected.
