Former Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota, the second overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft, reportedly signed a four-year contract with Tennessee Tuesday that will pay this year’s Heisman Trophy winner $24.2 million, with a $15.9 million signing bonus. The Titans open training camp July 30. Tennessee opens the 2015 season Sept. 13 at Tampa Bay.
