News release CCSO. On September 19, 2017, at about 1925 hours, Deputies were dispatched to 88024 Daisy Lane in Bandon for a reported family dispute. Deputies and officers from Bandon Police responded. Deputies learned Rogelio Rodriguez became upset over a discussion at the dinner table. Rogelio had thrown water and soup on his mother and slapped and pushed his sister down on the ground. When the sister tried to call 911, Rogelio ripped the phone out of her hand. The sister was able to call 911 and request help. The sister told deputies Rogelio was acting very aggressive and she feared for her physical safety. Rogelio, 22 years old of Bandon, was arrested for the above crimes and taken to the Coos County Jail without incident. Rogelio was booked, lodged and held on $20,000.00 bail.
