On Monday, March 12th, 2018, at approximately 4:20 PM, DINT arrested 40 year old Billy Wallace, of Roseburg. DINT contacted Wallace in the 100 block of Berry Loop after observing him driving erratically in the Green area. Wallace was arrested for DUII as well as Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine. DINT seized approximately a quarter pound of methamphetamine from Wallace and his vehicle.
