He’ll receive credit for time served since his arrest in 2009; however, former North Bend resident Kenneth Everett Moore was sentenced to 400 months in prison Tuesday, March 31, following his second conviction on six-counts of Rape in the First Degree involving a former underage step-daughter. On appeal, he won the right to a new trial that ended March 36 with the same conviction and sentence as the 2010 trial, but Coos County Judge Richard Barron also imposed that the sentences be consecutive to the previous 388 month sentence on two convictions of Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Murder. He will serve a total of 788 months in prison.
