News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On November 23, 2014, at approximately 2001 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies and Coos Bay Police Officers responded to a family dispute at 63776 Ellen Rd, in the Bunker Hill area of Coos Bay, Coos County, OR. Both involved parties, Scott Clark and Tina Osborne had sustained injuries, and Deputies were unable to determine who the primary aggressor was. Consequently, Deputies arrested both Scott and Tina for Assault IV Domestic and transported them to the Coos County Jail where they were both held on $10,000 bail.
