North Bend’s girls lost to North Valley Friday, 37-25, but won Saturday 38-22 over Phoenix at the two-day 2017 SkyWest Crossover Basketball Challenge at North Valley High School north of Grants Pass. The Lady Bulldogs (3-9) will host four-time state champion Sutherlin (5-8) Tuesday to end the preseason, and then open Far West League play at So. Umpqua (6-7) on Friday.
