According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 10, 3:49 a.m., 2265 Newmark St., Kozy Kitchen, “report of 6-7 subjects fighting inside location. All parties separated. Campbell permanently trespassed from location and warned for Disorderly Conduct.”
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 10, 8:34 a.m., 1800 block Newmark St., “criminal trespass, Quick E Mart request that male subject there that’s been asked not to come back before be trespassed by PD, subject has caused disturbance. Officers respond / advised subject left on foot, also trespassed on car wash property. CBPD located subject at NB Liquor Store,” 47-year old Curtis Alan Tarbox, North Bend, charged with Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
