Both subjects are intoxicated, female was given a courtesy transport by officer, Yellow Cab was dispatched for the male.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Feb. 25, 2:46 a.m., 600 block Virginia Ave., “assault, 911 report of fight at location,” 24-year old Kyle Cruz, North Bend, charged with Disorderly Conduct & Assault IV. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Smoking in Store
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Feb. 25, 11:22 a.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, “criminal trespass, male inside of store smoking,” 53-year old Troy Adams Boyer charged with Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Feb. 25, 10:11 p.m., Chloe House, “follow up, Newport PD located suspect and placed him in custody,” 38-year old Michael H. Grabau, of TN, charged with Assault II, Kidnap I and Menacing. Transported to the Lincoln Co. Jail at Newport.
