Detainable
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Jan. 16, 3:29 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “off duty NB officer reported detainable subject at Safeway. P&P confirmed detainer. Officers respond and located the subject,” 34-year old Nicklas Martin Barnett, Coos Bay, charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Bottle Scam

Safeway request subjects be Trespassed after buying large quantities of water with Food Stamps and then returning bottles immediately. Safeway had told subjects to leave / request formal Trespass by PD. Officers respond / subjects left area in a vehicle / officers checked last direction of travel and other Recycling Centers, unable to locate, gone prior to arrival.”
