Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 24, 8:27 p.m., 2700 block Broadway Ave., 33-year old Rebecca Hagquist arrested on Washington Co. warrant charging Failure to Appear on Attempt Possession Heroin and Endangering Welfare of Minor. Also, Multnomah Co. warrant charging Theft II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
