According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 28, “Officer out with subject sleeping in the park,” 26-year old Matthew Emerson arrested on NBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Assault IV & Harassment charges. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Ate, but didn’t pay
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 28, 1:58 p.m., 2200 block Newmark, “theft of services, female ate and left without paying. Did this a few days ago also. RP did not want to press charges for the theft but requested she be permanently trespassed. 23-year old Alexis Bergquist “Contacted.”
