According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 17, 6:22 p.m., 3698 Broadway Ave., “Goodwill reported subject stole items from location. Last seen headed north on Broadway towards Newmark,” 35-year old Michael Dunn cited and released for Theft III. Value $85. “All property returned to victims.”
Parole Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 17, 10:24 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security request officer for subject they have in custody for Criminal Trespass,” 23-year old Scott Smith, Coos Bay, charged with Probation Violation, cited for Criminal Trespass II and referred to DA’s for PCS. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
