According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, April 15, 1:54 p.m., 2000 block Broadway Ave., “RP reported someone stole her RX’s out of her shopping cart while she was not looking. Value $200. Report taken for Theft II. Male subject called in and advised he found the RP’s medication in her purse.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Wednesday, April 16, 5:37 a.m., Pony Creek Road & Crowell Lane, “anonymous report of intoxicated male walking south at location.” Thirty-four year old Michael Marshall, Coos Bay, taken into custody on charges of Probation Violation and PCS Schedule I. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
