According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, July 22, 5:10 p.m., 3500 block Broadway Ave., “report of assault victim in front of location, male suspect fled area. Officers respond and located the suspect / not as reported, female involved had jumped off her bike was not assaulted.” Thirty-six year old Shaun Michael Baumgardner arrested on CBPD warrant charging Unlawful Possession Meth, and additional charged with PCS Meth. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
