According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, July 29, 10:50 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “traffic stop,” 24-year old James Russell, Coos Bay, arrested on Multnomah Co. warrant charging Assault IV. Driver warned for Failure to Stop before Entering Roadway, No Headlights and Improper Lane Change.
