According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 1, 3:08 a.m., Lombard & Myrtle, “out with subject at location,” 26-year old Matthew T. Garner arrested on NBPD warrant charging Violation of Restraining Order. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
