The No. 11 Oregon volleyball team took the first set from No. 3 Washington before dropping the match 21-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-16 on Sunday in Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene. Oregon (14-2, 3-2 Pac-12) goes on the road to face No. 17 UCLA on Wednesday (7:30 p.m. PT) and No. 20 USC on Friday (8 p.m. PT). Five hitters finished with double-digit kills as the Oregon State volleyball team (13-4, 3-3 Pac-12) defeated the Washington State Cougars (9-9, 0-6 Pac-12) Saturday night at Gill Coliseum in Corvallis. OSU will return to action next weekend as they travel to Los Angeles to take on No. 17 UCLA Friday Oct. 17 and No. 20 USC Sunday, Oct. 19.

The No. 12 Ducks rebounded from their loss to Arizona and avoided losing back-to-back games for the first time since 2007 by jumping out to an early lead and going on to a 42-30 victory over UCLA in the Rose Bowl on Saturday. Oregon (2-1 Pac-12, 5-1 overall) returns home to host Washington next Saturday at 5 p.m. on Fox Sports 1.
