The 2018/19 OSAA sports years ended Saturday with championship contests in baseball and softball. At Volcanoes Stadium in Keizer, Jesuit won the 6A baseball championship 2-1 over Central Catholic; 5A went to Central 11-4 over Pendleton; 4A was won by Banks 3-1 over Henley. That completes a sweep by the Braves as they won state titles in Football & Basketball this school year as well; 3A title was won by La Pine 8-1 over Warrenton; and Umpqua Valley Christian took the 2A/1A championship 10-5 over Kennedy in nine-innings. In Eugene at Jane Sanders Stadium, the 6A softball championship was won by Sheldon 5-4 over Tualatin; 5A went to Ridgeview 5-1 over Dallas; the 4A championship was won by La Grande 4-2 over Henley; Clatskanie won the 3A title 10-5 over Dayton; and the 2A/1A championship was won by North Douglas 15-6 over Kennedy.
