Twelve players were disqualified after the first day when tournament officials learned they hit from the incorrect tee on No. 13. Valley Catholic of Beaverton (317) leads the 4A boys’ golf tournament near Redmond after the first day. Marshfield (358) sits in ninth. Pirate seniors Dhiren Charitar & Jake Gerhardt each shot an 87, tied for 28th.
