Marshfield is ranked No. 2 in the latest OSAA/Coach’s 4A Football Poll. The Pirates (1-1) moved up from fourth the previous week. Defending state champion Cottage Grove (2-0) is ranked No. 1. Also from the SkyEm League, Marist Catholic (1-1) is No. 7 and Elmira received “significant votes.” Unbeaten North Bend (2-0) received some votes in the 5A poll. Wilsonville (2-0) is ranked No. 1 with Churchill at No. 2. Thurston (0-2), which is in the same league with the Bulldogs, showed up tied for No. 8. In the OSAA Power Rankings, Eagle Pt. is No. 1 and North Bend No. 6. Marshfield is No. 6 in the 4A Power Rankings with Estacada (2-0) at No. 1 followed by Cottage Grove.
