A 2.9-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Wednesday, Feb. 15. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located southwest of Rio Dell, CA where two fault lines begin that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
