A 4.6-magnitude earthquake shook the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Monday morning, Oct. 21, at 6:47a.m. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located 120-miles west of Bandon at a depth of six-miles. It was the fifth quake to shake the Gorda Ridge this month. A 4.7-magnitude quake was recorded 95-miles west of Port Orford last Thursday, Oct. 17.
