Two males were rescued late Tuesday, Feb. 14, by a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter crew after they became stranded in an ocean side cliff south of Yachats on the Central Oregon Coast. A rescue swimmer had to be dropped into the ocean by the helicopter crew from the North Bend Air Station. He found the pair. Both were hypothermic and one was semi-conscious.
