Marshfield is hosting a banner and trophy celebration on Tuesday, June 5 at 6 PM in the Main Gym. This event is open to the general public and is to celebrate our OSAA trophies, OSAA medal winning individuals, OSAA academic recognition and putting up new gym banners for our teams who placed 1st & 2nd in 2017-18. Marshfield has earned 8 state trophies and finished in 1st or second several times this year. Athletic Director Greg Mulkey came up with this idea since we have so many teams and individuals to recognize for extra-curricular (sports, music and speech & debate) accomplishments in one school year. This is a completely free event and our booster club is providing free pop and popcorn to enjoy. This will not be a long celebration as Marshfield has other events on the same night. We should be wrapped up in an hour. Feel free to pass this on to all Pirate participants, parents, family and friends. Thank you and hope you can make it on June 5th!
