Request to Authorize the Addition of a Steeple to the Exisiting Church Use Builsing 1067 Newmark St. – The City of North Bend Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on Monday, April 15th, 2019 in the City Hall Council Chambers. Staff and the applicant presented the proposal. One person spoke in favor of the proposal; no person spoke in opposition to the proposal. Action: The Commission closed the hearing and voted unanimously (5-0) to APPROVEthe application based on the information presented by the applicant and the responses and findings in the Staff Report and proposed Final Order, with those conditions of approval set forth therein, enumerated as numbers 1 and 2.
