City of Coos Bay release: ROAD CLOSURE – As a part of the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 Construction Project, an underground force main has been installed. The contractor will be paving along S. Wall Street from the week of May 21-25, 2018. Due to trench safety concerns, City Staff has authorized a temporary overnight intersection closure on S Wall and Fulton Avenue on May 21, 2018. Fulton Avenue will be open to thru traffic; however, turning onto S Wall will be prohibited. The contractor will work with local residents to ensure access to their homes.
