News release City of Coos Bay. The City will be closing 2nd Court off Anderson Avenue on January 17, 2017 from 10:00 am. – 2:00 pm for permitted use of right-of-way. The purpose of alley closure is to allow contractor access to the back of a business located at 217 Broadway. The City appreciates the community support while this work is underway. Thank you!
