The prep football coaches in the 4A classification voted on All-State Football players following the conclusion of the 2021 season. Marshfield finished third in State to champion Mazama and runners-up Marist Catholic. Named the First Team for the Pirates were: senior Shaun Skinner OL, senior Noah Niblett WR & DB, junior Ezra Waterman LB, and senior Sam Grayson Punter. Second Team honors went to: junior Dom Montiel QB, junior DJ Daugherty WR & DB, junior Hayden Murphy DL, and junior Aaron Hutchins LB.
