CBPD release – In December the Coos Bay Police Department arrested 8 drivers for DUII. All 8 arrests were made during regular patrols. On December 29th the Coos Bay Police Department participated in a Christmas/New Years Holiday DUII enforcement operation sponsored by Oregon Impact and ODOT, however no arrests were made. The Coos Bay Police Department will have additional officers out periodically throughout the month of January for DUII enforcement.
