Violation Restraining Order, Fairview
CCSO release – Date / Time: March 31st, 2023 at 3:58 p.m.; Case Number(s): S23-07087; Classification: Violation of Restraining Order; Location: Fairview Road, Coquille, Oregon; Suspect(s): Harley Williams (26). Coquille Man arrested at property on Fairview Road after allegedly violating a restraining order. On March 31st, 2023, at approximately 3:58 p.m., the Coos County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center received a report of a man at a residence on Fairview Road threatening someone with a knife. Deputy A. Burgo and several other deputies responded to the location. While en-route, dispatch advised that the suspect was Harley Williams (26) of Coquille. Deputies were also informed that Harley had an active restraining order against him prohibiting him from being on the property on Fairview Road. Upon arrival, Deputies restrained Mr. Williams and placed him into custody before Mr. Williams hurt anyone. Deputy A. Burgo arrested Harley Williams (26) for violating a restraining order. Mr. Williams was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and remains in custody.
