Not a good District 4 prep baseball opener for the Bay Area’s two teams Tuesday. Marshfield was at home to Junction City and fell 7-2, while North Bend traveled to Eugene and lost at Marist Catholic 9-0. Both teams are back in action Friday with league doubleheaders. Marshfield (0-1, 4-6) will travel to Cottage Grove and Junction City will visit North Bend (0-1, 4-5).
