Southwestern Oregon’s softball team thumped up on visiting Gray’s Harbor in NWAC play at Coos Bay Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, the Lakers swept to wins of 8-2 & 18-0 (5). On Sunday, SWOCC won 22-0 (5), no score on the second game. South Region First-place Southwestern (21-0, 37-2) plays at second-place Mt. Hood (18-3, 30-6) on Tuesday, 3 & 5 p.m., at Gresham. SWOCC’s baseball team split four-games for visiting La. On Friday, the Lakers swept 6-1 & 6-2. On Saturday, the Titans swept 14-3 & 7-2. SWOCC hosts Linn-Benton on Thursday, 1 & 4 p.m.
