Quakes, May 11

A couple of earthquakes were recorded within the Cascadia Subduction Zone. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.1-magnitude quake was recorded Wednesday, May 10, on the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast west of Oregon’s Central Coast, and a 3.3-magntitude followed early Thursday morning, May 11, at the southern junction of the two fault lines, west to southwest of Ferndale, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
