According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 17, 10 a.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “ATL wanted subject,” 32-year old Joshua Dwayne Wiggins arrested on Linn Co. SO warrant charging FTA on PCS Meth & Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon, “Wiggins transported to Coos County Jail.”

Disorderly Conduct
