Chrishae Rowe was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for the second straight time, the league announced on Monday. Rowe, a freshman guard, averaged 25 points and 9.5 rebounds as the Ducks split a pair of games against Portland and Sacramento State.

Oregon State senior guard Roberto Nelson was named the Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for Nov. 11-17 games, Commissioner Larry Scott announced on Monday. Nelson averaged 27.5 points and 7.0 assists, while shooting 52.9 percent (18-of-34) from the field and 88.9 percent (16-of-18) from the free throw line, in wins over Portland (79-73) and Maryland (90-83).

Oregon State pitching Coach Nate Yeskie has been named Collegiate Baseball’s Pitching Coach of the Year for the 2013 season, it was announced Monday. The honor is sponsored by Edge Charting Systems. Yeskie guided the Oregon State pitching staff to a school-record 2.28 earned run average as the Beavers advanced to their fifth trip to the College World Series and finished the year ranked fourth nationally. The team won 52 games overall, and three pitchers – Matt Boyd, Andrew Moore and Ben Wetzler – all won 10 or more games.
