Southwestern Oregon’s volleyball team split a pair of home NWAC matches over the weekend. On Friday, the Lakers lost to visiting Linn-Benton 3-0, but on Saturday SWOCC bounced back and downed visiting Lane 3-2. Southwestern (4-3, 10-9) plays at Rogue (Grants Pass) Friday, Oct. 6, 6 p.m. The Laker women’s soccer team tied visiting Rogue 0-0 Saturday at Coos Bay. SWOCC (1-3-2, 1-6-2) will play at Clackamas (Oregon City) on Wednesday, OCT 4, 1 p.m. Southwestern Oregon’s men tied visiting Chemeketa 1-1 Saturday. The Lakers (0-5-3, 0-7-3) play at Lane, Wednesday, 1:30 p.m.
