According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 25, 7:30 a.m., 1300 block Crowell St., “Employee reported batteries from ride on lawn mowers and gas stolen from location over the weekend. Taken was 3 batteries, value $170. Approximately 5 gallons of gas from vehicle.”
Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 25, 9:21 a.m., 1800 block Virginia Ave., “RP reported someone broke into business over the weekend. Taken: Bosch Air Compressor (blue), value $300. Report taken for Burglary II, Theft II and Criminal Mischief II.”
Mattress thief
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 25, 9:44 a.m., 1600 block Hamilton Ave., “RP reported someone stole a queen size Foster Pedic Mattress and box spring from her deck last night. Value: $450. Report taken for Theft II.”
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 25, 10:57 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Casino Security reported trespassed male subject is in Casino.” Twenty-nine year old Joseph Lupher, North Bend, taken into custody for Probation Violation and Criminal Trespass II.” Transported to the Coos. Co. Jail at Coquille.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Aug. 25, 2:31 p.m., Brookings PD served NBPD warrant on 28-year old Jeremy Patton, North Bend, charging PCS Meth & PCS Schedule II, also, Unlawful Possession of Meth. Also, CBPD warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Theft I. Transported to the Curry Co. Jail at Gold Beach.
ATV theft
