According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2:22 p.m., Cessna Circle, “RP advised a woman pepper sprayed his dog. Officer spoke with RP, RP had dog off leash and female was in her right to protect herself.”
Trespassing at Casino
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Oct. 1, 3:21 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “Casino Security advised they have subject that was trespassing, violating permanent restriction.” Twenty-three year old Kyler A. Beltran, North Bend, cited in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II. “Subject was advised to contact PO in the morning.”
Criminal Mistreatment
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Oct. 1, 11:15 p.m., 2300 block Broadway Ave., “check welfare on female at location. Sober adult contacted and took custody of children at location. Report taken, charge Criminal Mistreatment. Report will be forwarded to DHS.” Children ages 0, 4, & 6.
